We build and maintain pools. Does materialpro run our maintenance contracts?
No. materialpro covers the buying side: chemicals, spare pumps and parts are requested, ordered and received like any other material, on a project and a cost code. Scheduling maintenance visits and managing service contracts stay outside it.
Do LPOs show VAT? We also work in Kuwait and Qatar.
Yes. In the UAE, LPOs, invoices and receipts carry 5% VAT on its own line. In Kuwait and Qatar, where there is no VAT, the rate is 0. Every invoice is matched against the LPO and the delivery notes before payment.
Our site team writes in Arabic and our office in English. Does that work?
Yes. materialpro’s screens are in English today, but item names, notes, LPO lines and supplier documents can be written in Arabic or English, the way your team and your suppliers already write them.
