Pay only for the quarry loads that reached site
materialpro matches the quarry’s statement line by line, from sub-base and road base to fill sand, against the LPO and every delivery note booked on site. A line billed for more than was received is flagged, and the whole invoice is held before payment.
Three places road and infrastructure contractors lose money and time
- 01Heard on site
“Asphalt moves with oil every month, and the plant tells us it’s the same rate as last time.”
Know what you paid last time, then compare every quote line by line
Before you award, open the material’s price history to see the last price you paid and your average, so you can tell at a glance when a quote is above what you usually pay. Send one RFQ to asphalt plants and crushers, compare the per-tonne rates for asphalt and aggregate line by line, and award each line to the cheapest. Each supplier gets its own LPO.
Saves money|You spot a price rise before you sign the LPO, not after you pay.
- 02Heard on site
“The pipes went to the other front with no paperwork, and we ordered them all over again.”
Check every store before you order pipe
The main store and each work front keep their own stock of pipe, fittings, manhole covers and kerbstones. Move what is lying idle with a recorded transfer, and order only what is really missing.
Saves money|Pipe you already own gets laid, not bought twice.
- 03Heard on site
“The boss is on the other site, and the asphalt order sits there until he signs.”
Approve big LPOs from the phone, wherever you are
Above the amount you set, an LPO goes to the PM and then the director, and each approves it on the phone. The calendar shows the LPO’s expected delivery next to the requisition’s needed-by date.
Saves hours|No LPO waits on a signature while the paving crew stands idle.
Hours and money back in a month
LPOs, delivery notes, invoices and stock sit in one place, so counting loads no longer runs on paper DNs, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Here is a sample month.

Questions
The quarry sends one statement a month, and we have hundreds of DNs. How does the match work?
Each delivery note is booked as a receipt against the LPO, whether it is a sub-base, road base (aggregate base course) or fill sand load: photograph it and AI fills in the quantity. Every invoice line is then matched against the total received on it. Book quantities in the same unit as the LPO, tonnes or loads (tipper or trailer), because the system does not convert between units. If the supplier bills more than was received, the line is flagged and the whole invoice is held until someone resolves it.
Supplier invoices in the UAE carry 5% VAT, while Kuwait and Qatar have none. Does the system handle both?
Yes. VAT is set on the LPO and on the invoice: 5% in the UAE and 0% in Kuwait and Qatar, so the right rate shows on each document. The match still checks quantity and rate on every line, so a gap stands out on its own.
Our job runs over several kilometres and work fronts. Can each one have its own store?
Yes. Set up as many stores as you need: the main store and each work front keep their own stock, and every transfer, issue and return is recorded. When a material runs low, the requisition is raised from the real balance, not from memory.
