Pay only for the concrete that reached the piles
Photograph each delivery note on the night pour and AI reads it into a receipt against the LPO. If the plant's invoice bills more m³ than the site received, the line is flagged and the whole invoice is held until someone checks it.
Three places piling contractors lose money
- 01Heard on site
“Steel goes up and down every month, and we just send the order to the same trader without comparing.”
Compare traders per tonne, size by size, and split the award
Send one RFQ to several steel traders and their per-tonne prices line up by bar size, with the cheapest on each size marked. Before you award, check each size's price history and the last price you paid. The split award then becomes one LPO per trader in one step.
Saves money|Each size goes to the cheapest trader, and with the price history open you can see at a glance whether a quote is above what you usually pay.
- 02Heard on site
“The cages came short, one had the wrong bars, and we only found out at the pour.”
Check cages at the gate and pay only for what you accept
At the gate, the site supervisor checks the delivery note against the LPO on the phone. A cage with the wrong bars is rejected with a reason and a photo, and anything short stays open on the LPO.
Saves money|Short or rejected cages are not payable.
- 03Heard on site
“The bentonite went to the other site and nobody wrote it down, so we bought it again.”
See what the yard holds before anyone raises an LPO
The yard and every site keep their own stock, and each transfer, issue and return is recorded. When a site asks for something the yard already has, you move it across instead of buying it twice.
Saves money|No second order for material you already own.
Hours and money back, added up over a month
Delivery notes, quotes, LPOs and stock sit in one place, so checking no longer runs on paper tickets, phone calls and WhatsApp. Here is a sample month.

Questions
We run on spreadsheets, paper tickets and WhatsApp. Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. Start with one site and one LPO. The site supervisor can photograph delivery notes from day one, and everything else stays as it is until you are ready.
Do LPOs and invoices handle 5% VAT?
Yes. For a UAE company, 5% VAT is applied by default on LPOs, invoices and receipts and shown apart from the net amount. You can change the default rate in your settings, and a company in Kuwait or Qatar, where there is no VAT, simply leaves it at zero.
We work for several main contractors at once. Can we keep each project's costs apart?
Yes. Each project has its own cost codes, and you can enter the BOQ figures as the estimate. LPOs are committed against those cost codes, so you can see estimate against committed for each project at any time.
