Our workshop is in Sharjah and our sites are in Dubai. Can each one keep its own stock?
Yes. Set up the workshop and each site as its own store. Every transfer, issue and return is logged, so before anyone orders boards or door sets they can see what the other stores already hold.
Do LPOs and invoices show UAE VAT?
Yes. VAT shows on each document, at 5% in the UAE. AI reads the supplier’s invoice, which is then matched against the LPO and what was received before payment. If a line doesn’t match, the whole invoice is held until someone reviews it.
We run on Excel and WhatsApp today. Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. Start with the workshop and one site. Record transfers and deliveries there first, and add the other sites when the team is ready.
