Pay for the glass that arrived whole. Not the full LPO.

Whether it’s double-glazed units for a curtain wall or tempered glass for a shopfront, the storekeeper counts each crate against the LPO on the phone and photographs any cracked pane. Only sound panes are received, and an invoice billing more than that is held before you pay.

Three old problems

Three places facade, aluminium and glazing contractors lose money

  1. 01Heard on site

“Aluminium changes every week. We can’t tell if this price is fair or high.”

See the price history per kg, then split the award by line

Before you award, open a profile’s price history, whether it’s for aluminium windows and doors or facade mullions: its average per kg and the last price you paid. When a quote comes in, you can see at a glance whether it’s above what you usually pay. Then send one RFQ to several suppliers, compare their prices line by line, and give profiles to one and glass to another, each on its own LPO.

Saves money|You stop accepting a high per-kg price just because there was no time to check.

  2. 02Heard on site

“The supplier billed more square metres than we got, at a price that isn’t on the LPO.”

Every invoice line checked against the LPO and the delivery notes

AI reads the supplier invoice, whether it’s for ACP composite panels, glass or brackets, and lines it up with the LPO and what was received. A line with extra quantity or a higher price is flagged, and the whole invoice is held until it’s sorted.

Saves money|Over-billing is caught before payment, not at the final account.

  3. 03Heard on site

“Silicone finished on site. Go buy a carton from the shop and bring the receipt.”

Find stock at your other sites before anyone goes to the shop

Each site store keeps its own stock and minimum. When one drops below it, the item shows on the low-stock list, so you raise a requisition and see which other store has spare to transfer across.

Saves money|Fewer counter purchases at shop prices, and fewer trips off site.

One month, added up

Hours and money back, added up over a month

LPOs, delivery notes, invoices and site stock sit in one place, so checking no longer runs on spreadsheets and WhatsApp photos. Here is a sample month.

Questions

Our storekeepers work in Arabic and the office works in English. Does that work?

The app’s screens are in English today. Item names, notes and LPO lines can be written in Arabic or English, the way your team and suppliers already write them, and everyone works on the same LPOs, delivery notes and invoices.

Suppliers send VAT invoices as PDFs or phone photos. Can the system read them?

Yes. AI reads the invoice number, date, lines, quantities and unit prices into the invoice form for you to check, and the 5% VAT is worked out on each line. Each line is then matched against the LPO and what was received. If one line is off, the whole invoice is held until it’s sorted.

Most of our work is aluminium windows and doors and tempered glass, not tower facades. Is this for us?

Yes. Window and door profiles, toughened glass for shopfronts and frameless doors, spider glazing and glass partitions are all items you buy, receive and match invoices for in the same way. Just keep each item in the same unit (pane, m² or kg) on the LPO, the DN and the invoice, as the system doesn’t convert between units.

Today it’s Excel and WhatsApp. Do we have to change everything at once?

No. Start with one project and one supplier. Take a photo of the delivery note on site and AI reads it in. The rest can stay as it is until you’re ready.

Start with one project and one LPO. The rest of your process can stay as it is.
